Peace of Life Smoke Shop products can be shipped anywhere in the United States where THCA hemp and other cannabinoids are legal. We use UPS or USPS for all shipments, which requires a street address or P.O. box address. If there are any issues with your address, we will contact you for clarification. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend that you request “signature required” when placing your order. If USPS shows a “Proof of Delivery” to the provided address and no signature was requested, we are not responsible for replacing missing products.
All flower products are drop-shipped directly from our facilities in California. We do not ship flower or any related products from Texas.
For non-flower products, such as vapes, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, and other items, these may be shipped either from our fulfillment center in Texas or California, depending on availability and shipping logistics.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with a cutoff time of 3:00 pm CST. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day. If you select 2-day shipping, please note that it will be shipped 2-day once processed, which may take up to 72 hours. We do not ship on federal holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via USPS. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the tracking information in your inbox.
We ship to select countries, but not all, due to varying laws surrounding THCA hemp and other cannabinoids. All international orders are non-refundable. Before placing an international order, please ensure that you are aware of the relevant laws and customs requirements in your country. Peace of Life Smoke Shop is not responsible for any issues once your order leaves our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a customs broker to help ensure the safe delivery of your order.
By purchasing from Peace of Life Smoke Shop or related websites, you acknowledge that you are purchasing products containing THCA hemp and other cannabinoids. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of purchasing these products in your state, as laws surrounding THCA hemp and other minor cannabinoids may vary. You must be 21 years of age to purchase products from our website.
If we decide to issue a refund for unopened and unused products, there will be a 20% restocking fee before the refund is processed. All sales are final for private label orders and edible products (e.g., gummies). We do not accept returns on these items. The only situation where a replacement will be issued is if we have shipped the wrong product to you. If this happens, we will provide you with a return label for the unopened and unused products. Once we receive the return, we will send you the correct items.
If you receive the wrong product, you have 48 hours to notify us. Please email [email protected] with a photo of the products you received, a copy of your packing slip, and the original packaging.
We provide detailed product descriptions, ingredients, and a third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each product, so there should be no confusion regarding what you’re ordering. If you order the wrong product, we are not responsible for replacing it.
Please note that we do not offer a money-back guarantee. Since cannabinoids affect individuals differently, your experience may not be the same as others.

If your product is damaged during shipping, please take a photo or video of the original packaging and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving your product. We will review the situation and determine the next steps.
